She patiently listened to all our concerns, made us take all the relevant tests, identified the issues, and prepared a meticulous plan of treatment based on our individual concerns. She also encouraged us to follow the plan with discipline. She is compassionate and not judgmental - you can ask her anything related to the treatment freely. She handled all our doubts with clear explanation. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, left no stone unturned in our treatment process and made sure that we understood all the steps very clearly. She made me feel comfortable and safe during all the scans/routine procedures. Thanks to her team, Ms. Valli for her regular follow up, as well as the staff and the kind nurses of Apollo Fertility, Anna Nagar. The hospital was well maintained, and the staff were polite, professional and helpful. The atmosphere was very clean and hygienic. We would also get the reports quickly.
